Two ways to use Astrid on a phone

The Astrid app for iPhone

Tap record and put the phone in your pocket. It keeps recording with the screen locked and uploads when you finish.

The full app in your browser

Calls, matters, notes and the Time page are laid out for a phone. Sign in from Safari or Chrome, nothing to install.

Approve time on the go

With the billable hours add-on, review and approve the day's time entries from your phone.

How attorneys use it

In-person client meetings

Estate planning signings, intake at the kitchen table, a client who walks in. Record the conversation and get the same note as a phone call.

Between court appearances

Read the note from this morning's call and check what the client still owes you, from the hallway.

Dictate after a meeting

Record a quick memo of what happened and let Astrid turn it into a note on the matter.

FAQs

Answers to common questions

Where do I get the iPhone app?

Ask us on a demo call or after you start your trial and we will set you up.

Is there an Android app?

Android is coming soon. Until then, Android phones can record and review in the browser.

What happens if the recording is interrupted?

The audio is kept on the phone in pieces, so an interruption does not lose what was already recorded. The pieces are joined into one recording when they upload.

Focus on your clients, Astrid will note every detail.
